New Blog
As you can notice, major revisions have been made to the website. We now have a great blog, Smart Training Matters that we hope everyone will comment on. The intent of the blog is to create an intelligent discussion about each topic and associated article. We hope everyone will take part and we hope to get some long threads going!
Pro Form Instruction Welcomes Elite Trainers
Pro Form Instruction, LLC has decided to expand into the business of training high-level athletes. The Doctors’ experiences lend themselves to bring on-board elite trainers (who have to be HFL certified), to work directly with the doctors to help train athletes of all sports and calibers. What separates Pro Form trainers from all others in the market? Our trainers are working not only with the client, but also with the doctors directly and with coaches, if applicable. Our trainers are schooled in optimizing training programs for athletic competition from the physical, psychological, and nutritional perspectives. They get continual education from the doctors and are constantly challenged to be the best in the industry. Very few, if any, trainers have this ability!
