Description: This workshop includes in-depth discussion of anatomy, physiology and kinesiology regarding these two important and often injured joints. In addition, the workshop introduces training protocols specific to the individual client’s needs with regards to prevention and/or rehabilitation of injuries. This class is for all levels of fitness professionals.
Objectives: Students completing this workshop will possess a high level of anatomical knowledge relevant to the shoulder and knee. Students will have the ability to implement specific protocols based on their findings and their clients’ fitness goals.
