Posture & Muscle Balance I - Lower Body
Description: A kinesiology based course, this interactive program explores both normal and abnormal postural patterns. Special focus is placed on the identification, evaluation, and treatment of muscles commonly involved in postural faults. This course is intended for all fitness professionals, particularly those with or desiring a strong background in kinesiology.
Objectives: Students will be able to identify normal and abnormal postural patterns. Students will then be able to evaluate these patterns and develop appropriate exercise routines to help correct the underlying muscle imbalances.
CEUs: ACE .60, AFAA 6, NSCA .70
