The Core: Anatomy & Stability Training
Description: The goal of core stabilization is to effectively train the trunk musculature to reduce pressure on the lumbar spine that results from weight bearing activities. This hands-on workshop provides a detailed review of the anatomy relevant to core stability. In addition, the workshop introduces training protocols specific to the individual client’s core stability needs. This class is for all levels of fitness professionals.
Objectives: Students completing this workshop will possess a high level of anatomical knowledge relevant to creating core stabilization. Students will have the ability to implement specific protocols based on their findings and their clients’ fitness goals.
