(Two part workshop: Part I – Lower Body, Part II – Upper Body)
Description: This interactive anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology course includes a comprehensive review of muscles, bones, joints, ligaments, and other relevant support structures. This course covers not only how these structures relate to one another and to overall human function, but also what part each structure plays within the exercise program. This is a great workshop for both new fitness professionals looking to advance their knowledge and veterans looking for an in-depth review.
Objectives: Students completing this workshop will learn about the musculoskeletal system as it relates to the fitness environment. Students will become comfortable with how the body’s structures work and how to optimize their function. ![]()
